Multi-device IPTV UK packages
This page is for buying packages. It explains prepaid 2, 3 and 4 concurrent-stream plans and how they differ from a single-device subscription. If you already have a plan and need help with stream limits or “already in use” messages, use the multiple devices support guide instead.
Compare totals on the plans and prices page, then order via the contact form. Prepaid only — no automatic renewal.
Installing versus watching
You can set the service up on the living room television, a bedroom Smart TV, a tablet and two phones. None of that counts against anything. What your plan governs is how many of those screens can be playing at the same moment.
It is worth being clear about this because the two are often conflated in marketing. “Five devices” on one seller’s page means five installations; on another it means five simultaneous streams. Those are very different products.
Working out what your household needs
Not how many people live there — how many watch different things at the same time. Two adults who watch together need one stream. Two adults and a teenager who all watch separately on a Saturday need three.
- One stream suits a single viewer, or a couple who watch together.
- Two covers most households: the main television plus somebody on a tablet.
- Three or more is for families where sport, children’s programming and something else run in parallel.
Be honest with yourself about the busiest evening rather than the average one. That is the moment the limit matters.
What happens if you reach the limit
The additional stream will not start, and on some setups the newest connection displaces the oldest. Nothing breaks, nothing is charged, and no account is penalised. You simply need a term that reflects how the household actually watches. The support article covers the practicalities.
Bandwidth, not just permission
A plan allowing three streams does not guarantee your broadband can carry three. Each concurrent stream consumes its own bandwidth, and 4K consumes several times what HD does. If you are planning multiple simultaneous high-quality streams, read the 4K page alongside this one.

IPTV technology itself is legal. You are responsible for using the service in line with UK law and the terms of any content providers. We sell a prepaid streaming subscription — ask us if you need clarity before ordering.
