What we are
A direct seller of a single IPTV subscription. When you buy from us, you deal with us — there is no marketplace in the middle and no reseller chain to escalate through.
We are not a comparison site, a directory, or an affiliate. We do not earn anything by pointing you at another provider, which is why you will not find a “top ten” list here with our own name conveniently at the top.
How we write about the service
This industry has a credibility problem, and most of it is self-inflicted: inflated channel counts, invented review scores, “99.9% uptime” with nothing behind it, countdown timers that reset when you reload the page.
We have taken a simple position on this. If we cannot evidence a number, we do not print it. That means some pages here say less than a competitor’s. It also means what they do say is accurate.
- No channel, film or series totals.
- No customer numbers or years-in-business claims.
- No star ratings, review counts or testimonials until we have genuine ones we are permitted to publish.
- No uptime percentage.
- No artificial urgency of any kind.
How we judge our own service
By the same six criteria we would apply to anyone else. They are set out in full on the homepage: stability under load, real device coverage, readable plan terms, honest quality limits, reachable support, and a refund position stated up front.
What we expect from you
Ask awkward questions before ordering. Tell us the truth about your broadband and your devices, because a plan that does not suit your setup helps nobody. And read the refund policy and terms first — they are short, and they are there so that both sides know where they stand.
