Terms and conditions
1. These terms
They apply between Get Best IPTV UK and anyone who orders a subscription from us. By ordering you accept them. If you do not, do not order — and please ask us about anything that is unclear first, using the contact page.
2. What we supply
Access to a subscription service for the term you order, on the number of simultaneous streams confirmed to you in writing at the point of order. We supply the access and the setup guidance. We do not supply the hardware or the internet connection.
3. Ordering
An enquiry sent through this website is not an order and creates no obligation on either side. A contract forms when we confirm your order and you have paid for the term. Prices are those confirmed to you in writing at the time, in pounds sterling.
4. Your account
Access details are issued for the use of one household. You are responsible for keeping them private. Sharing, reselling or publishing them ends the subscription without refund, and we would rather set that out now than surprise anyone with it later.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute access.
- Use the service for public performance or in commercial premises without our written agreement.
- Attempt to circumvent stream limits or interfere with the service technically.
- Use the service in a way that breaks the law in your jurisdiction.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running consistently but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we publish no uptime figure because we will not print a number we cannot evidence. Content lineups change over time; channels can be added or withdrawn by the parties that originate them, which is outside our control.
Picture quality depends on the source, your connection and your equipment. See the 4K page for what that means in practice.
7. Support
Included for the duration of your term. We will help you get set up and help diagnose problems, including problems that turn out to sit with your own network. We cannot repair your broadband, your router or your hardware.
8. Payment and renewal
Terms are paid in advance. A subscription does not renew automatically unless we have agreed that with you explicitly. Where a renewal is agreed, we tell you the price before it takes effect.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Set out in full in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything written here.
10. Liability
Our liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Ending the agreement
Either side may end the agreement if the other materially breaches it. We may suspend or end access immediately where the acceptable use rules in section 5 are broken.
12. Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphics on this website belong to us. See the copyright notice for details and for how to raise a complaint.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
