Privacy policy
Who this applies to
This policy covers personal data collected through this website by Get Best IPTV UK, the data controller for that information. It is written to meet UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone and WhatsApp numbers, if you choose to give them — both are optional.
- The plan you are interested in, how many people watch at once, and the devices you use.
- Anything you write in the message field.
- Your consent to us replying, and when you gave it.
We do not ask for card details, bank details or identity documents through this website, and you should not send them through the enquiry form.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, and where relevant to set up and support a subscription you go on to order. The lawful bases are your consent for the initial enquiry, and performance of a contract once you become a customer.
We do not use enquiry details for marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list because you asked a question.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in this website’s database on our hosting provider’s servers and emailed to our own inbox. They are not sold, rented or shared with advertisers or other IPTV sellers.
The parties that necessarily process the data are our website host and our email provider, both acting on our instructions. We will disclose information to a third party only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended and there is no reason to retain them. Records relating to an actual subscription are kept for as long as the subscription runs, and afterwards only for the period we are required to keep business records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- Confirm what we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete it, where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Withdraw consent at any time, which stops any further use based on that consent.
Use the contact page to make a request. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. What it does set, and why, is described on the cookies page.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, administrative access is restricted and protected against repeated login attempts, and submissions are stored privately rather than published. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Related reading: terms and cookies.
